Redlands Tea Party Patriots will host PolitiChicks at Aug. 8 event

Local college and high school students, including one heading to Harvard this fall, will get stage time with the
PolitiChicks at a party hosted by the Redlands Tea Party Patriots Aug. 8 in Mentone.
“There’s nothing like some face time with the PolitiChicks to get youth excited about the conservative movement,”
said John Berry, a Redlands Tea Party Patriots cabinet member. “By putting the students on stage, we hope to give
them an experience today that will turn them into the Tea Party leaders of tomorrow.”
The PolitiChicks are nationally known conservative commentators whose latest book, “What Women Really Want,” is
an Amazon best-seller.
The PolitiChicks — Ann-Marie Murrell, Morgan Brittany and Gina Loudon — will sign books as part of Patriots
Sizzling Summer Spectacular, hosted by the Redlands Tea Party Patriots.
The event is 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 8 at Mill Creek Cattle Co., 1874 Mentone Blvd., Mentone.
Tickets, sold on, are $25 for adults and $15 for students. Admission includes two drinks, appetizers
and $10 off the autographed book.

“The PolitiChicks are, unequivocally, the most well-known public speakers we have ever hosted since the Redlands
Tea Party Patriots were formed in 2009,” Berry said. “And the thrill gets better because we’re turning the evening into
a party.”
Gina Loudon, author of two best-sellers, has appeared on numerous U.S. and international news outlets as well as
Jon Stewart’s “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central.
PolitiChicks anchor Morgan Brittany has been a film, television and stage actress for more than 50 years. She began
her career as a child appearing in the films “The Birds,” “Gypsy” and “Yours, Mine and Ours.” She appeared in more
than 150 television shows including “Dallas.”
Ann-Marie Murrell is the chief executive officer and editor-in-chief of She has appeared on
television shows including “Fox & Friends,” “Hannity,” the “Mike Huckabee Show” and “Dr. Phil.” She is a regular on
Newsmax TV and the “Rick Amato Show.”
After the PolitiChicks’ presentation, local high school and college students will take turns on stage asking questions,
then have a conversation with the PolitiChicks.
Students who plan to participate include Pratik Bhakta, a student at UCR; Anant Pai, a Redlands High School
graduate who will attend Harvard; Lawrence Quenga, a University of Redlands student who is president of College
Republicans; Jared Ogan, a high school student from Moreno Valley; Ana Aguas, a student at Cal Baptist University;
Joshua M. Recalde, who is graduating this summer from Capistrano Connections Academy this summer and is
interning with Rep. Paul Cook; Josh Duenas, a student at Crafton Hills College; and Seth Hendrickson of Redlands,
a high school student enrolled in home-schooling program.
